The French Fitness Foldable Power Rack is an all-inclusive rack system. It is furnished with every little thing you need for a total fitness workout. This equipment is made from rigid materials and manufactured to be foldable that it could fit in any place. The multi-grip pull-up bar has different handles, allowing multiple hand positions to target different muscle groups in your shoulders, arms, and back. The Lat-Pulldown / Low Row is a plate-loaded cable pulley system to the back of the rack, complete with lat pulldown bar and short straight bar for performing both upper and lower body cable exercises. Includes J-Hooks and Safety Bars so you can exercise safely when training alone. Comes with resistance band pegs that mount to the bottom of the uprights. Finally, the rack has 8 horns to keep your weights close to where you’ll need them.

The French Fitness Folding Cable Power Rack / Cage also has dip bars, land mines, and lat blaster bar attachments which can be quickly added or removed from your rack. A total complete package that can be used by all, sports lover or gym fanatic.
