This pull-up bar has 4 felt-lined hooks to prevent marking the wooden rungs. Thanks to its removable construction, the pull-up bar can be positioned on different rungs and adjusted to the height of the user. The pull-up bar has six non-slip handles, which allows for a wide range of pull-ups, core, back and shoulder conditioning exercises.
When filpped 90 degrees, it can be used as a barbell holder. The maximum weight of the barbell is 200kg/441 lbs.
